1. Your Personalization & Free Proof
We prepare your names, date, location, phrase, or custom design and send a free digital proof within 12–24 hours. Production begins only after you approve the layout.
2. Three-Layer Baltic Birch Cover
Every cover begins with durable three-layer Baltic Birch. Oak, Walnut, Mahogany, Dark Walnut, Palisander, Black, and Natural Wood are finish options applied to the birch base.
3. Laser Engraving
The approved design is engraved directly into the wood. Names, dates, maps, mountain scenes, and other details become part of the cover rather than a printed layer placed on top.
4. Hand-Finishing & Italian Lacquer
The cover is cleaned and sanded by hand, then finished in your selected color and protected with professional Italian lacquer to enhance the grain and preserve the surface.
5. Pages & Binding
Inside are 230 g/m² acid-free archival sheets in White or Black. The four-ring binding opens flat, while the leather spine and two snap straps complete the album.
6. Quality Check & Packing
Before shipping, the personalization, finish, binding, pages, and accessories are checked. Production normally takes 5–7 business days after proof approval. US shipping is free from Minnesota.

Can I see the design before the album is made?
Yes. We send a free digital proof within 12–24 hours. You can check the spelling, date, and layout before production begins.
Can the inside cover be personalized?
Yes. Complimentary inner-cover engraving can be used for a personal message, quote, date, or short dedication.
What should I use to attach photos?
Photo corners are included with every album. They hold photos without applying adhesive directly to the image and make it easier to adjust your layout.
How long does production take?
Production normally takes 5–7 business days after proof approval. Delivery time is calculated separately at checkout.
