What can I personalize?
You add your married last name and a date — for example "Robertson, Est. 09.01.2024." The top line and snowflake design are shown as standard, and your name and date are what make it yours.
Can I change the top wording?
Yes — "Our First Christmas as Mr. & Mrs." is the standard top line, but if you'd like different wording there, just type it in the personalization box and we'll engrave that instead.
What frame colors are available?

Do I get a proof before you make it?
We don't send a separate design proof for frames — your frame goes straight into production after you order. Please type your last name and date exactly as you want them (spelling and punctuation included) so the engraving matches.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Most frames are handmade within about 5–7 business days, with US delivery usually 5–8 business days after dispatch. During the holiday season we recommend ordering early — current estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page before checkout.
