How do I order the exact design shown in the photos?
In the Layout Cover options choose option 24 — "Custom layout according to your request", then write "same design as in the photo" in the engraving field, along with your names and date. We'll redraw it with your details and send the proof.
Can you change the Jeep model, license plates, or animals?
Yes. The vehicles, plate text, pets, wildlife, landscape, names, and date can all be changed. Send us reference photos when details matter — a specific breed, a car model, the exact plate — and we'll work them into your drawing before sending the digital proof.
Can you draw something completely different?
Yes — that's exactly what this option is for. You can start with the design shown and replace individual elements, or ask us to create a completely different scene around your own pets, vehicles, places, hobbies, or memories. Describe your idea and we'll draw it for your proof.
Does a custom design cost extra?
No — the drawing is free. You pay the same price as any album of that size. We create the artwork, send you a digital proof, and only start production once you approve it.
Can I send a picture of what I want?
Yes — a reference photo helps a lot, especially for pets and vehicles. Add it in your order notes or message us after ordering. We'll draw from it and show you the result in your proof before anything is engraved.
How many photos fit per page?
Depending on orientation, Small accommodates one standard 4 × 6 in photo per page, Medium up to two, and Large up to three. You can also mix photos with captions, tickets, and other flat keepsakes.
How many pages can I choose?
You choose your page count at checkout, from 30 sheets (60 pages) up to 80 sheets (160 pages) — each size is built with binder rings and a leather spine matched to that page count. The 4-ring binder opens, so pages can be removed or rearranged.
What if I don't like the drawing?
You'll see a free digital proof within 12–24 hours and can ask for changes — adjustments at this stage are free. Nothing is engraved until you're happy with the design.
