Can I choose the font for our names?
Yes — this is where the minimalist design shines. Choose from 20 font styles, from elegant script to clean modern type. Since the lettering is the whole design, the font you pick sets the entire mood of the cover. Your free digital proof shows exactly how it looks.
What can we have engraved on the cover?
Your family name, both first names, and your wedding date — plus any short line or quote you'd like to add. The layout is fully personalized and redrawn around your exact text, so it stays balanced whether your names are short or long.
How does the engraving look on different wood colors?
The lettering is engraved into any of the 7 cover finishes. On Walnut (shown), the engraving creates a warm tonal contrast against the wood grain; on Black or Dark Walnut it appears lighter as the natural wood is revealed beneath the finish. With a text-only design, the wood color has an especially strong effect on the whole look.
How many photos fit per page?
Depending on orientation, Small accommodates one standard 4 × 6 in photo per page, Medium up to two, and Large up to three. You can also mix photos with captions, vows, cards, and other flat wedding keepsakes.
Would this work as an anniversary or engagement gift too?
Absolutely. The clean, timeless design isn't tied to one occasion — it works beautifully for a wedding, engagement, or any anniversary, especially the 5th "wood" anniversary. Just engrave whichever names and date you're celebrating.
How many pages can I choose?
You choose your page count at checkout, from 30 sheets (60 pages) up to 80 sheets (160 pages) — each size is built with binder rings and a leather spine matched to that page count. The 4-ring binder opens, so pages can be removed or rearranged.
Will we see the design before it's engraved?
Always. Within 12–24 hours of ordering you'll receive a free digital proof with your names, date, and font exactly as they'll appear. Production starts only after your approval — and small adjustments at this stage are free.
