Can I change the "And so the Adventure Begins" text?
Yes — the wording is fully customizable. Keep the classic "And so the Adventure Begins," or replace it with your own title, a favorite quote, or a place name. We redraw the layout around your text and show it in the proof.
Can we add extra lines under our names, like a date or a phrase?
Absolutely. Many couples add a date plus a short line such as "The First Five" or "An Amazing Adventure" — these are optional and entirely up to you. Just include whatever you'd like in the personalization notes.
How does the mountain design look on different wood colors?
The skyline is deep-engraved into any of the 7 cover finishes. On Walnut (shown) the contrast is deep and warm; on lighter tones like Oak or Natural Wood the mountains read softer and more delicate. The engraving depth stays the same — only the contrast shifts.
How many photos fit per page?
It depends on the album size you choose: Small fits one 4 × 6 in photo per page, Medium fits two, and Large fits three. The thick pages also leave room for captions, ticket stubs, and handwritten notes beside your photos.
How many pages can I choose?
You choose your page count at checkout, from 30 sheets (60 pages) up to 80 sheets (160 pages) — each size is built with binder rings and a leather spine matched to that page count. The 4-ring binder opens, so pages can be removed or rearranged as you arrange your memories.
Is this a good gift for a couple who loves hiking or road trips?
