Can I change the "The Adventures Of" text?
Yes. "The Adventures Of" is the standard top line, but if you'd like different wording there, just type it in the personalization box and we'll engrave that instead.
What photo sizes and orientations can I choose?
The frame holds a 4×6″, 5×7″, or 8×10″ photo, and you can pick horizontal or vertical — landscape road shots and portrait candids both work. Both are selected on this page.
What frame colors are available?
Choose from Natural Oak, Dark Walnut, or Black. On the darker finishes, the engraving appears lighter as the natural wood shows through, so the compass roses and lettering stand out clearly against the deeper tone.
Can it stand on a shelf or hang on the wall?
Both. Every frame comes with a built-in stand for a shelf or tabletop, and if you'd like to hang it, just select fasteners (Yes) on the page — we add them at no extra charge.
What can I personalize?
You add your names along the bottom (for example, "Hannah & Matt" or "The Smith Family"), and you can optionally change the top wording. The two compass roses stay as shown.
Is the design engraved or printed on?
It's laser-engraved directly into the solid oak — not a sticker, print, or overlay. The compass roses and lettering are part of the wood itself.
Do I get a proof before you make it?
We don't send a separate design proof for frames — your frame goes straight into production after you order. Please type your names (and any custom top wording) exactly as you want them, spelling and punctuation included.
How long does it take to make and ship?
Most frames are handmade within about 5–7 business days, and US delivery typically takes another 5–8 business days after dispatch. Current estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page before checkout.
