Is the heart engraved or cut out?
It's a real cut-through design — the geometric heart is cut fully through the Baltic Birch cover, and the First Page Color shows through the openings for a layered, 3D look. Your names and date are laser-engraved into the wood beneath it.
What is the color I see through the heart?
That's the first page of the album showing through the cutout. You choose it from 16 First Page Colors at checkout — from soft sage to deep red, gold, or classic white — to set the whole mood of the cover.
Is the album made of wood or leather?
The cover is reinforced 3-layer Baltic Birch with the heart cut through it. The spine and two closure straps are leather, and the pages are held by an internal 4-ring metal binder — a wooden album with a leather spine, not a leather-covered book.
What sizes and page counts are available?
Three sizes: Small 6×8.5″ (20–50 sheets), Medium 8.5×12″ (30–60 sheets), and Large 12×12″ (30–80 sheets), in White or Black pages. Choose size and page count at checkout.
Do you send a proof, and how long does it take?
Yes. We send a free digital proof within 12–24 hours so you can check your names, date, and layout. Production takes about 5–7 business days after approval. Delivery time is separate, and shipping within the USA is free.

This came out beautifully. I got it for my grandma for Christmas, and she loved it. The artist even sent me a mockup of the scrapbook before printing to make sure it was to my standards. Comes with some golden corner stickers (I wish I could buy that brand separately, though, in case I run out) and a golden marker. Looks beautiful! :)
